Serviceable Design
Every piece is a documented original with a serial number, maker's mark, certificate, and permanent register entry. If not verified as genuine, we refund or replace in full with no time limit.
Covering 12 months for electronics, 5 years for joinery and frames, 12 months for glass and finishes, and 24 months for epoxy delamination. Includes repair or replacement with zero labour or shipping charges.
Engineered to be repaired rather than replaced. Illuminated tables feature hidden service panels so LEDs and drivers are easily accessible without dismantling the solid timber structure.

Our permanent archive documents the master craftsman, completion date, Cambodian timber origin, build photographs, original owner records, and hidden maker's mark for lifetime verification.
When selling your piece, we record the ownership transfer free of charge, update our master register, and reissue the digital product passport to protect your furniture's resale value.
Furniture should never be disposable. We prioritize restoring your piece over sending materials to landfill. Non-warranty repairs are performed at fair cost with all pricing quoted in advance.

Every Dollar Stays in Cambodia
We source Cambodian materials first, including native hardwoods, glass, and resins. Where local components cannot meet our quality standards, such as specialized LED chips, we state imported origins with complete transparency.
Every dollar spent remains in Cambodia rather than being exported as foreign profit. Your investment directly supports master craftsmen with fair living wages, Cambodian timber suppliers, and workshop tooling.
Green Policy
We prioritize reclaimed timber salvaged from demolished heritage buildings and old offcuts, which are often decades old and significantly denser than new stock. Offcuts are transformed directly into our Collectibles line.
